We have been using Geneva Pool Service for the last 4 Seasons. We have found them to be very reliable and quick to respond. Our pool is +15YRS and were starting to have issues arise with water quality and equipment failure. Jeff offered several solutions that solved the problems. When I thought I needed a new heater he recommended a few replacement parts which saved me big money. We endorse Jeff and his team.

Jeff came to swap out our liner with Charlie and they were great. They drained the pool and started filling it in no time! He knew exactly what he was doing and the pool looks fantastic. Will definitely be using them whenever I need service. Thanks much!

Stefanie and crew with Geneva Pool Service were excellent to work with. From the initial call for a quote through the actual service appointment, a pleasure to work with. I generally prefer to do many things on my own, but due to mobilization with the Army I was unable to address this concern myself. It’s helpful to know that when you are put in this type of situation, you have someone you feel you can actually trust to get the job done well, and for a reasonable price. The ease of the entire process and taking that stress off my wife was also priceless. Everything was communicated ahead of time and there were not “surprises” or situations that were not expected. This by far is the best pool company we have ever used! They have great customer service, reasonable prices and timely service. Jeff the owner is very personable and a pleasure to work with. His competitor had tried to sell us a new liner and all kinds of stuff that we did not need. Jeff came out and was very honest with us. He let us know that we did not need most of the stuff that they had told us that we needed and only sold us what was ACTUALLY needed. You do not find people honest like that very often now a days.
