Unfortunately, when we moved into our home we inherited a pool that was leaking with a terrible water condition. Geneva Pools sent a technician team right away. They diagnosed and corrected the problem. The quick response and professionalism was like no other. I get my water tested weekly and they provide me with detailed instructions on which chemicals to add, etc. It’s so convenient because I can purchase the chemicals right there. I highly recommend Geneva Pools!

I have an above ground pool and was taking my water samples to another retail store and felt they were just selling chemicals. I went to Geneva Pool store and found a great staff wanting help getting my pool water perfect. After 3-4 water samplings the pool water is perfect. I appreciate their effort and will be purchasing pool products from them. I also like the fact that they are a family run business and being a small business owner myself.

Geneva Pool Service are amazing! After buying a house with an existing pool in need of repair, we had no idea how to get it back up and running. Thankfully, we called Geneva Pool Service and we now have a beautiful pool that’s filled with kids nearly everyday! Jeff and Stefanie and the rest of the team have been true partners, with us every step of the way, helping us understand what the issues were, what options we have, and providing guidance and their expertise to find the right solutions for us. We had a great experience with Geneva Pools. The quotes were all basically in the same ballpark no matter who you call, so it basically came down to how I was treated when trying to deal with them. That matters more to me than any other aspect of a job when choosing who to work with and these guys are top notch. There was an honesty about Jeff that I felt and really liked, and he was easy to relate too. He was down to earth and humble, and he felt like a friend I had known for years. Geneva Pools responded to all of our calls promptly and never once forgot about us. They called back when they said they would. We contacted them late last summer to replace our liner and they were so accommodating throughout the entire process in choosing a liner, choosing how much fill water, and selecting when to install. Jeff shared options for the install date and gave me choices for either fall or this spring with a lot of good logic and reasoning behind each one, but ultimately let us decide. He agreed to install last fall because that’s what we wanted, but he also recommended we consider waiting until the spring to give the liner a nice warm summer before closing it up for the winter, and explained some benefits to installing right after opening the pool given our particular yard. After thinking on it some more we changed our minds and chose to wait until spring so long as we didn’t have to wait or be forgotten about. Just as promised we were one of his very first customers this year. Jeff was so careful to make sure the install landed on a warmer day with sun so that the liner would lay better on our stairs, and he even bumped it back a few days when the forecast changed to be certain he would have the better weather. He was in constant contact with us and never left us hanging. They showed up when they said they would and were extremely respectful of our property. They did fantastic work, tending to all the little details with care. Jeff was right there beside his guys doing the work right along with them. I really loved seeing that. Geneva Pools staff impressed me too. From those who answer the phones to the guys doing the install, they were all pleasant and very kind, and easy to talk to. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs. A company should treat their employees well, but also their customers, never compromising either for the sake of the other. You can rest assured that Geneva Pools treats both like family.

Excellent service

Jeff and team were great. They replaced my in ground vinyl liner which had some tricky stair and ledge measurements, and the install went perfectly – it fit like a glove! Communication and responsiveness were great throughout the process, and installation was done before Memorial Day for full summer enjoyment. Thank you, Geneva Pool Services for kicking off my family’s summer perfectly!
